How long does delivery take?

Unfortunately, until the package arrives at your door it depends heavily on external factors. In order to prepare the works of art well for the trip, we have decided to pass on your order to the shipping service provider within 2-3 days at the latest .

From this point on we are dependent on the shipping provider.

The following is currently stated here:

Within Austria 1-2 working days

Within the EU 3-5 working days

Can I collect my order?

No. We do not have “customer traffic” at our location. However, we are considering whether we can offer personal delivery for "bulky goods", i.e. works of art over 100x60, within a 70 km radius of Vienna.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a tracking number, regardless of what you ordered.

Unfortunately, even if I pack the works of art to the best of my ability, something can always happen. If you have received a damaged work of art, please contact me and we will find a solution together.

Can I return my orders?

Please take a look at our right of withdrawal .

Prints

How do you prepare prints?

Preparing prints is a more complex process than you would expect. But here is a rough overview of the procedure:

  • Bring the basic ideas onto a canvas as an original
  • Scan the final original canvas
  • So-called post production to adjust the scan to match the color of the screen
  • The selection of printing paper and printing process
  • Test printing and, if necessary, adjustment of the colors, material or printing process

What material do you use for prints?

There is no general answer to that. It depends on the motif, the intended use, the colors and much more.
Nevertheless, we try to design prints consistently.

The current collection consists of high-quality photo paper with 350 g/m² which was printed using a powder printing process.

Are your prints tear-proof?

Paper and the term “tear-resistant” are, by definition, contradictory. If paper is thin, it travels very quickly. However, when paper becomes too thick, you struggle with the fact that creases can easily appear in the artwork. We currently use paper that is 350 g/m² thick. In my opinion, this paper finds the ideal balance between tear resistance and "kink resistance".
